i am tring to find out what years and hp's interchange with a 1981 25 hp johnson seahorse. the driveshaft and pinion gear?

im not sure what will swap with what but you could try going to the parts section of this site and writin down your #s and comparing them to others.

i think these other guys could help you if you give more info like model #.
