fuel line connector

I just bought a Nissan N S 8 B.as a back up kicker for my boat. It has a single connector quick disconnect fuel line fitting that I want to adapt to connect to the standard connector from my boats fuel tank. This is the connector with the latch pin on the side. Is this doable, or will I need to carry a small tank with the Nissan's fittings?

Simply buy what ever female fitting you need and replace the Nissan one.

Thanks, Guru. Actually after looking things over I was able to adapt the Nissan squeeze bulb and 1/4 id line over to fit my water seperator by installing a new barb.
Anyway, that barb now will ft either my Yamaha 3/8 id or the newer Nissan, so got everything hooked up and running. Looks like I may be needing an impeller for the motor.
