Mercruiser 470 experts???

Alright heres the deal. I have a 1988 IMP with twin Mercruiser 3.7LXs. These are the 4 bbl motors. They were trashed, so I picked up a 1981 Wellcraft with twin 3.7Ls with 2 bbls. I have the great running 3.7s sitting in the shop, but want to know what to swap from the motors in the boat to the good running motors in the shop. Obviousely carbs, but what else?

Exhaust manifolds... and if the good engines have old heat exchangers, those too...

The old engines I believe have 4" heat exchangers, whereas the good engines have the 3" ones. I plan to use the 4".
