Mariner 70 hp 2 stroke - what year?

Hi, I'm a new member and live in the UK, have recently purchased what I believe to be a 15ft Winner with a Mariner Ser. No. 6074133, is anyone able to help with the year of manaufacture and also advise where I can download a user manual?
