20 hp mercury

I just bought a 20 hp mercury The guy told me it's a 1990 When I looked up the serial # 0D010889 at looks like its a 1991.Can anyone tell me the true year of this motor. .Also what oil mixture is this motor and what kind of 2 stroke oil should I use for this motor.

It is a 1991 and the mixture is 50:1

Ive got a Seloc Volume 1. 1965 to 1991. It covers several Mercs but centers around the 20hp. Got exploded drawings and covers Tuning, electrical, Ignision, Head, Lower units,Trim etc all the info you'd neead to tune up or rebuild a Merc 20.
