Johnson 15hp oil/fuel mix ratio (1975)

Recently picked up a Johnson Sea Horse 15hp 2stroke outboard.
Model # 15R75C. Can someone help me out on the oil/fuel mix ratio.

TC-W3 outboard motor oil, not weedeater or lawn mower oil.
