3.0L torque specs

Hey everyone, i just rebuilt my 3.0l this past week. im looking for torque specs for the bearings for the crank rods, main bearings, oil pan, and head. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

How can you possibly rebuild an engine without a manual? How do you check parts like diameters, ring gaps, bearing clearances, and other tolerances without knowing what they should be?
What year is this 3.0L. Merc, OMC, Volvo??????

Just noticed your other post. Here is a link to the Mercruiser service manual for 85. Section 3 for the engine is same as OMC.
