Jacksonville Air Show, iboats raft up 10/26/08

OK, guys and gals, time to let me know who wants to join us. Send Me a PM. As said I previous announcement, we will be meeting on the north side of the ?fly zone?.

As you know this is a wide part of the river, so due to conditions, I cannot say whether we will be on east or west side of the river. Calmest side!!

I will be there around 1:00 PM. Flying helium ballons. From the Pontoon.

Details for Air Show. We will be using vhf channel 68, if my radio is working, if not cell phones, mine is 904-993 5519.

Weather is suppose to be clear, 78, winds out of the NE, so I believe at this time, we should anchor up on the east side of the river, (San Jose). I have 30 helium balloons, that I will be flying for the pontoon.

Monday is my 60th birthday, so those who would like some cake you are welcome. My sister, and roommate are in charge of that.

Baconbiscut (Dan) is helping me coordinate things, his VHF call sign is CRUISER, and I will just make it simple and use Tashasdaddy as a call sign that day.

Remember if you do not have VHF, use the cell phone. If you have question you are more than welcome to call me. Bob, Tashasdaddy.

im headed offshore on sunday if we make it back in time ill head that way love to see the air shows.
