Hello All,

I plan on keeping my Grady White with its 1992 150 HP Yamaha Outboard outside in the yard this winter double tarp wrapped on the trailer on Cape Cod MA. There will be many days and nights well below freezing. I am looking for direction on how to properly winterize the Yamaha so not to miss a day on the water come spring. Is it complicated enough that it is worth getting it done professionally?

I also have a 1986 28 HP Evinrude and will be looking to do the same with it as well.

Thanks

Incase you haven't found it yet here is the link....its funny some people get frustrated at people who ask this question because it gets asked all the time. So some post will go un answered, I believe its a sticky now. Good luck with winterizing. Any questions let someone on here now, great place to find answers.

Thanks SAM. I did search and came up with one outboard for a Mercury 90HP. While they are both outboards I am sure there are differences. Oh well.

Looking at the calendar I am prone now to just shell out the cash to get it done.

Thanks again and have a great winter.

Being in South Florida I can't help you much..... sorry
