3hp Johnson Belgium year?

I recently purchased a 3hp Johnson; model J3RERE; serial no. B 09025277. Can someone tell me (1) the year of this motor and (2) the proper oil mix (I think it is 50:1, but is this an engine I should run 40:1 or 24:1?)

Thanks Rick. I should have asked about the spark plug in my original post - would you know the proper plug?
