model - year HELP Please

I have acquired a powerhead and other parts which I believe to be from a Merc/Mariner 4HP - single cylinder 2 stroke model. (Powerhead looks unused)
The only ID I have is on a welch plug on the cyl which has the number 9607327.
I have been told that this is probably a Belgian built engine.

Can anyone help with the Model & Year Please as I would like to try to get other parts needed to make up a complete outboard.

It's a 1990, Belguim built Sailpower by my book

Thanks Laddies. You have now confirmed what someone else (off forum) thought... I have located some diagrams for this and it certainly looks like my powerhead.
What did the "Sailboat" refer to... was it the model name.

I don't think that it was a model name but denoted certian features.
