Draining OMC portable gas tank

Hello All.

Recently someone posted a service bulletin showing which screws to remove on OMC tanks for complete draining. I have been trying to find it and haven't had any luck. Anyone know where to find it? Or even better if you could re-post it here. Thanks, Rick.

To drain an OMC tank, remove one of the four screws holding the fuel line connector to the tank and turn upside down.
