hello everyone i am spinners daughter and i would like to thank everyone for your kind words and prayers. it means a lot to us. my dad is fighting hard and i know he wishes he was back at his computer chating with everyone. i will let you know what is going with him when we find out for sure what is going on. i have him to think for my love of fishing.

ANYTHING at all that we could do as a group to help please let us know.Our large Iboats family is willing to help however we can..i know i am and know many others feel the same. Give Les and the family a big old Iboats hug..

Of coarse the prayers will keep coming but.

Bluegill, I'm so glad you posted. Your Daddy is on all of our minds right now. You see, there are few people that you meet in your life that are truly special. You know the type, special souls placed here for a reason, your Daddy is one of those people. We are so fortunate to have crossed paths with him on this journey through life, and we are better for it.

Of course I probably don't have to tell you how special your Daddy is, you already know that. I just mean to say that he has touched our hearts.

People didn't join iboats or Les' other boards looking for a special soul, but thats what they found. Many people that your Daddy's met through these boards may have forgotten how to smile, how to laugh, how to relate to others. Just about then, your Dad makes a clever comment or joke and they feel the sweet pleasure of friendship and laughter again. He is always one of the first to offer up his support when things get tough for us too.

Our affection for your Daddy is genuine, and so is our concern. Please keep us posted darlin and know we are praying for you and your Mom right now too.

Bluegill, I am well known as a master with words but words fail me to explain to you and your Mom how well loved and respected your Dad is here. Others have said it all. I suspect that he is as well loved and respected by all whose lives he has touched.

This is a better world because he is in it and I am a better man for knowing him, though we have never met.

I am one of Spinnerbait_Nuts daughters. I am the middle daughter. He has three. We have had our ups and downs through out my life, but everything has made me a stronger person inside. I am wanting everyone to know that your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated. He was/is/and will always be a wonderful man. I didnt know how much he has helped out everyone until I read this forum. He is a big man with a big heart. He taught me everything I know about fishing and have passed that on to my kids, the love for fishing and boating.
