I presently own a shorelander trailer and want to replace the hubs. What is meant by center hole measurment and where is it measured?

Ayuh,....

That would be the Inside Diameter of both the Inner,+ Outer wheel bearings.....

Didn't you get an answer when you posted this the first time? Hubs contain the wheel bearings. wheels are what the tires are mounted on. Single axle trailers (light duty) up to 2000# will have 1-1/16 inch inner and outer bearings. 3000-3500# trailers will have a 1-1/16 inch outer bearing and a 1-3/8 inch inner bearing. The dimension the hole in the bearing or the diameter of the spindle where the bearing would sit when the hub is installed.
