87 winner bass boat ,,,this weaken I am going to removing my braker box to check it to see if it is working ,,, for some reason no power to my trolling motor live well pumps are out,,,,, i think it may be the reason.if the power of the pumps and come form the braker box,i have three batterys. ONE THING ID LIKE TO KOWN DO THE WIRES FORM THR PUMPS GO RIGHT TO THAT BATTERY I ONLY SEE TWO WIRES ON THE STARTER BATTERY THE BIG SET RED AND BLACK A SMALL SET RAD AND BLACK THE RED WIRE HAS A INLINE FUSE , I DO NOT SEE THE PUMP WIRES, THE PUMP SET OF BROWN AND BLACK ON PUMP WHAT COLOR ARE THE PUMP WIRES ON STARTER BATTERY?

You have two separate power systems on a boat equipped with a trolling motor. I will assume two of the batteries are for the trolling motor and that it operates on 24 volts. The third battery is for starting the engine and all of the accessories --- correct? If that's the case, the live well pumps and other stuff, but not the troller, could be affected by the circuit breaker panel. The troller however has a totally separate power feed to the front of the boat and it typically does not pass through the same breaker/fuse panel as the engine and accessories. If the troller doesn't work, you have two problems, one in each system.
