1991 90 HP Evinrude V4 Heli Coil kit for starter bolt?

Does anyone know the correct size Heli Coil kit that I need for repairing the threads on the block that relate to the long bolt that goes on the front of the starter?

FYI....I took the bolt to NAPA -- 5/16-18 Thread Repair Kit 770-3045.
