#1 Your house can be painted any color you choose, the gaudier the better, but it can't be white.
#2 You can drive all over the property, neighbors front yard, backyard, but please don't tow your neighbors residence away.
#3 All vehicles must be parked outside, on the street, in the yard,,, no garages allowed!
#4 Drill holes all over the property, we don't care
