Cam actuator on 1988 Evinrude 25hp

bolted on along with the shift handle on the inside of the cowling is a cam actuator that works along with the interlock system, and limiting the revs in neutral.

there is a zirk fitting that is also mounted right where this cam actuator needs to be put on, how do you remove those fittings?

zirk just unscrews, but what are you going to put there?

The cam actuator mounts over it...there is a hole on the actuator where the fitting goes through, then the actuator bolts on.
