Well, I took my boat out for the first time today..first time with a boat..and it was a little amusing to say the least..haha I know it will get easier in time but we had some issues getting the boat back on the trailer. We were dealing with some wind and the water was a little rough.

I saw a lot of boat trailers with the PVC guides. I would like to add these to my trailer to help prevent future scratches but I'm not sure if they will fit my trailer. It's a 2002 ProCraft 180 combo. The previous owner said it's not possible without major modification but I'm not ready to settle.

Please check these pics out and let me know what you think I should do. The guides I saw on the other trailers look like they easily bolt on to the frame after the fender..no way to do this with my trailer.

You could bolt a flange onto the back of the diamond plate to attach the pipe.
