What hp can my flat bottom handle

The plate isnt on it...I just got this boat.

Its a mid 60's model boat with pretty thick guage aluminum.

its 14ft boat with 19 1/2 inch sides, and 48 inches across the bottom in the middle.

Its a duracraft brand.
