What model and year Mariner 15

I have a 15 horse long shaft Mariner. I would like to know the model and
year built so I can get part numbers for service. It says Mariner 15M
684CS 017364 Made in Japan. Are ones from Japan hard to get parts for?

It's a 15C, I was just jabing about it being Japanese
