Still pisses with thermo????

Hi i put a new thermostat in my 125hp 88 with a 143 thermo, I started it up in a bucket and it started pissing right out of the tell tale???i thought it wouldn't do that until it warmed up??? thermo is definetly in right thanks erik

They are all the same. Tell tale indicates water pump is working.

the water flowing out of the teel tale means your impellors working properly and you don't have a clog. if you want to make sure your engine is cooling properly then check the temp once its warmed up and your water flow is cool
