Bass Boat bench seat removal How do you

I have a 200 Astor same as a Procraft does anyone know how to get to the screws I tred pulling up on the butt seat as hard as I can It would not move .I need to take them out so I can have them recoverd ?

Probably have to remove the whole base and remove screws from underside.

I try to remove the whole bottom butt seat . I may have to take the carpet loose where my feet touch the runing board under the seat .Its about 4 " wide there may be screws that you remove and the whole base will come out . I don't waht to take the carpet loose unless I have to . Thank You
