Screw Holes How to Fix

I have an aluminum boat that has screws form pevious mountings of who knows what (top of gunnel, transom (few below water line), sides of hull, most above water line. How to fix these holes with out welding them (I know this is the best)
Need ideas Help

You could always rivit them in if you have a rivit gun and bucking bar. Place some 4200/5200 on them first for a good seal. If not, run a screw in them with a washer & nut on the backside.

What I am trying to do is not have any evidence that there were any holes and or previous mountings
I would like to get back to a clean un-tampered finshed look before I proceed with my own mountings
The boat will be painted when completed

Hmmm, the tig welding is the only way. Weld the hole, grind smooth and polish is about the only way I know how. Maybe you could try some of that liquid metal or JB weld or something. But, being you have some under the waterline, I don't know if I would trust it. Maybe other's will ahve better suggestions.
