Boat Sock

the other day I saw a boat anchored in a river and he had 2 sock like devices tied to the rear of his boat, I guess to keep the boat in more of a straight line.Anyone have an ideal where to get them, how to make them and what they are called. thanks in advance:p

drift anchors, for controlling drift in a current, you can buy them most anywhere they sell marine items.

Cabela's, Bass Pro, and right here on iBoats. They are called "Drift Socks".

drift socks or sea anchors, the are the same thing.
