You need a photobucket account(or similar) then it is easy.
You do need to resize all your pics to about 480x 240 I think and then just click on the direct link and copy that then paste in the "manage attachment" in the "additional options" section at the bottom of your post.
The resize is actually a favor to iboats, bandwidth cost money and the bigger the pic the more bandwidth it takes.
