is there a bracket on the market to use a transom troller on the bow.

Most folks make their own but a pontoon mount would work for you. Be aware that most transom mount motors have relatively short shafts that may not be long enough for bow mount use. Also be aware that the tiller handle will point away from the boat so you need to remove the head and turn it 180 degrees.

i just made the mount for some 2x4's but yea i think my 36" shaft might be little short, gonna try it any way.
