mercury 110 9.8hp

I have a 9.8hp mercury it will start and run but as soon as it warms up it dies i put a carb kit and new plugs and it still does the same thing

Have you checked for vacuum leak ? Being a 2 stroke when it warms and has a loose gasket it will open up and suck air, get lean and die.
