Where's ur spare???

Just wondering where everyone has there trailer spare wheel mounted, ive been trying to figure out where to mount mine but can't come up with a viable solution. Pics please!!!! Thanks.:)

Ours came mounted upright,towards the front of the bow, on the starboard side, about half way between the windshield and the nose of the boat.

I like it that way, because it lets the water drain off of the rim.

BUT, to each his own.

Have mine mounted on the winch frame. Thats just the way it came with the package.

My last two have been mounted on an upright frame, on the tongue between the keel stop and the hitch.

Mine care inside the boat when traveling and in the truck when the boat is in the water. Hopefully I will get to mount to the trailer this season.

Mounted upright on the trailer frame, Starboard side just aft of the winch.

Spare tire mounts are available that clamp onto either the "V" of the trailer frame or on the tongue. My Shorelander trailer for the walleye boat has an angled mount that mounts to the "V" of the frame. My Shorelander pontoon trailer has the mount installed on the tongue.
