1987 Mercruiser 170 coolant gaskets

Hello,
I have a coolant leak and was told to replace to gaskets for the pump inlet and the impeller cover. I have the Clymer shop manual, but it is hard to follow. Does anyone know of somewhere I can look up instructions for replacing these coolant gaskets? video? or better instructions?
I also may be doing something I shouldn't be doing...With a coolant leak coming from these impellers, should I just be replacing the gaskets or is there something more? Any help, would be much appreciated, thanks!

is the leak coming from the pump inlet? those 470's with their aluminum blocks and closed coolant systems can be a real nightmare if not properly maitenanced. Identify the leak with a pressure test and post back.

It looks like it's coming from there, however after doing more research, it looks like it can be the cam seals? I bought this boat for close to nothing and I have limited maintanence ability, so I may have to just sell it. I'm at my whit's end.
