The Hideout has had about .75 inches of rain since February. This following the driest winter ever recorded for this area.
Late last week the weatherpersons started forecasting 3-6" of rain for N. Texas this week. . . severe storms, heavy rain, hail, etc, etc.
I have a 65,000 barrel stock tank with about 5,000 barrels of water in it and the gas drillers clamoring to buy water from me at $.10 a barrel.
It will take about 5-6" of heavy rain after ground saturation to fill my tank.
Yesterday a heavy storm front passed just south of me, dropping 3-4" 20 miles away. Today a storm system has passed just north of me, dropping 4-6" about 25 miles away.
My rain guage is DRY!!

This ain't in the least bit fair. I need intervention of some sort.
