How long do you want? If you use the 3/8" you can run it downtown. Well, maybe not THAT far. But longer than any outboard boat.

Ok THANK YOU for the info. Another question can and should you run a fuel filter on the fuel line?

How dirty is your tank? You already have a good filter on the fuel pump.

Hey guys do my outboard need a spical fuel tank or will any do? Cause I keep hearing about preserised and no fuel tanks.

That motor doesn't require a pressurized fuel tank.

Hey guys I was wondering if you knew what type of gear oil a 1961 75hp johnson would take?

Standard shift (not electric) takes standard marine gear oil 80-90 weight. Don't use automotive, as the marine has additives to handle water which may get in there.
