steering problem on 94 lund baron

I have a 94 Lund Baron that has started weaving back and forth when idling at a low speed. It also leans to the port side after planing off. The the boat does not pull to the right or left but the boat leans. Almost like it is off balance, or has too much weight on that side, even though it does not. Does anyone have any suggestions what may be wrong or where I need to start looking.

Ayuh,... The wandering at idle is Normal,... Don't fight it,+ you'll get used to it...

The Lean is either a weight Imbalance or prop torque...
