Would like to thank anybody trying to help me out on here to start. i'm needing to replace the floor in my Bass Boat, have been reading, seems I need to cut the floor out. Is it glued down or screwed? If I have to cut it out, where do I start, what do I need to be careful of? (Guess I need complete instructions from beginning to end.

Read more throughout the forums. Every question you have has already been answered repeatedly.

In short - yes, cut it out. Use a tool of your choosing. Sawzall, recip saw, circular saw, etc, all set to a depth less than 1". The rest is dependent upon the type of boat, and what you find once you start ripping it out.

There is no magical "instruction book" related to floor removal. Start ripping and tearing. Don't cut through the hull.

Start ripping and tearing
most people are real good at that. but how many have gone right through the hull, not finished and gave up.
be careful.
