I have a 3 cyl 50 I need to sitch from a prop to a jet. Any advice or info as to what is available for this I have NO knowledge on jet drives but significant on prop drives. thanks.
The only place I know that you can get jet drives is from a company in CA (outboard jets of california inc). It's my understanding that they make all the jets for all brands (I think they own the patent on the jet drive). You can get more info on their website at www.outboardjets.com. I have no idea if you can buy and install yourself or if you have to go through a dealer to get it. But at least it's a good place to start
Looks like they are motor/brand specific, and of course a used one for a nissan aint going to be easy to find. New ones are in the 1700 dollar range. OUCH!!!
