I just replaced the fuel pump on my boat. But the boat still does not start. Fuel is getting to the carb, i could see the jets throwing fuel into the carb. I also replaced the ignition coil, spark plugs,Rotor, Points, Cap. But i didn't set the dwell since i don't know how to do it. Could this be the problem?

Another case of throwing parts at a problem to only add more problems...

Like Bond-o asked, do you have spark?
