Bad weather this week has made some boaters unhappy...

With the high winds (up to 50+mph) and rough seas, here in northeast Florida, some boaters have found themselves in a rough spot. My job is right on the intercoastal, and after the stroms this week I have been noticed about 5 boats that broke loose and drifted away from the marina. It should be very interesting watching people try and retrieve them.

several sunk in the St Augustine area also. just getting dry enough here to get outside.

Actually...I have watched water skiing being done in the infield 'lake'!

There was a driver (many years ago) that actually wore a life vest during a race.

Those pictures are crazy...considering the height of the banking!

i got my new cmc power trim on, first trip to the lake, all excited, but was too rough to try out my speed. as a matter of fact it was the roughest water that i've ever been on in my life. i wanted my wife to video our ride across the lake but she was too busy covering her eyes and praying. the picture doesn't show how rough it was halfway over, but i must say, i even held my breathe now and again.
