engine starts idles revs out in tank comp. good all cylinders completly chokes when under load babbles and sputters seems like cylinders kicking out

I would think it si dirty carbs or misadjusted idle mixture. Did you mess with the mixture screws? If so, you might readjust them.

not ruling out fuel prob. for sure when its carrying on with full throttle applied it seems to try and clear up but doesnt in my mind if it is a fuel prob ie lack of motor would eventually die but it doesnt
