Hairline Cracks and Gouge in Hull Gelcoat (pics)

I'm new to boating and have some questions about the hairline cracks and some gouges in hull on this 1990 17' BR AFC/Charger 90HP. Can I easily repair the problems shown in the pictures and or can I wait until this summer is over to repair. The boat has been in storage sitting for 2 years. What to do?

I see nothing that cant wait till after summer. You might even make some new scars that you would fix at the same time.
