For the enrichener, the below guide may help.
For the fuel pump, one easy test is to squeeze the fuel bulb while the motor is running and see if it helps the motor run better. If it does, then the fuel pump is suspect. If it makes no difference, then the fuel pump is probably OK.
A more definitive test for a fuel pump is to hook up a pressure gauge (using a T connection) downstream of the fuel pump and see if the PSI is above minimum spec when the motor is running at various RPMs. The specs shown below are for a 115hp, but I can't be sure that they are correct for your motor as you did not provide your morors serial number. However, they do give you an idea of what you might be looking for.
