1987 sea sprite mercruiser 130 HP prop replacement

I just bought a 1987 sea sprite and want to add a planing fin and replace the prop. I don't know what pitch to select, how do I know? Anything I need to know about the planning fin?? Will that even help or work on this boat?

need a lot more info boat length, current prop size, current wot rpm, wot speed, boat weight? a good stern lifting 4 blade prop will help plane time hydro foil motor fins suck for this application. them are good for a 10hp on a canoe
