Earning "iboats completed" decals for projects

Have the administrators of the forums picked up on the idea of awarding "Completed Project" iboats decals yet? I noticed in jcsercsa's "pics of" thread that a "Powered by iboats" decal is proudly displayed on his immaculate Glastron project. Seems like a good way of advertising the iboats site. There are some fantastic boat projects getting done here. I know me and my fellow dedicated iboat contributors would gladly display a iboats forums decal on our completed project boats. (if I ever get finished)

You can buy them, but they aren't giving any away. I asked a while back for a link to a printable sticker, and they wouldn't even go for that.

I don't get it.

redfury, I remember seeing the ideas you guys were kicking around. I think it would be great if we could see them again. I remember a couple I liked very much.

yeah....we talked about this in dockside a year ago.

we have permission to use the iboats name on our boats, i was going to get a sticker made but there wasnt enough roundtuits in the tool box.

im going to have a powered by iboats.com logo on my boat as well.

Actually, I would prefer an iboats.com pendant. Mount it out on a mini-mast on the bow rail so you can watch it as you cruise.

This one I saved, blew up a bit, and printed on bumper stick paper. Came out real nice. Next I'll reverse it and print on iron on paper, then iron it onto a pendant. I still have some navy blue and some white bimini top fabric that makes nice pendants. When I get one sewn up I'll post a pic.

Perhaps it's your permissions John, I'm on the wifes computer and it shows up just fine, both the links and the hosted pictures.
