Wow, that's a nice specimen! Brand new prop???? Looks like a really well taken care of motor. I'll bet you wind up loving it as much as I do mine. It looks nice and clean under there. It may be you just need to clean and regap the points. --but I doubt it. Those condensers and coils look like they're pretty old to me. Most of the new condensers I get don't look like that. I do think they've been replaced since the motor was new, though. When you get the $10 harmonic balancer puller, spring for a $6 autozone spark tester, too. I like to test my spark before I torque down the flywheel so I don't have to use the puller all over again. If it's working right, you should be able to turn that flywheel by hand with the plugs out and get a good spark. If it's right, it doesn't take much to make some spark. DON'T forget to torque that flywheel nut back down to 45ft-lbs.! If you don't you could have problems.
