Sat for 2 years. Flywheel turns, but wont fire.
- Fresh gas
- New Battery
- Good Spark at the plugs using spark tester
- Plugs are moist with fuel after trying to start
- Carb seems to be getting fuel, after choking and turning over some fuel spills out
- All fuel lines and electrical wires look good
The only time it seems to want to fire is when I am doing the spark test. I have a tester and with it hooked up and turn the motor it makes a very small attempt to start. Not sure why.
Any thoughts on what to do next? Thanks
It ran strong for many years before sitting.
PS: What is the correct position for the low speed/ high speed lean/rich fuel mix settings? Right now I have both on the lean setting.
