68,69 merc 125

Does anybody know if there is any other lower units that will fit this beast, maybe a 115 from that era? serial#2988755

I have owned three different early to mid seventies Mercs. Two 115's and an 85. I know that one of my 115's had a lower unit from a 90hp. You might be able to use an 85 also but not for sure.

thank`s there FrozenOkie,Iwent to vintage merc parts ,looks like 115,90,80 or85 will do. there sure is some ragged units out there for sale.
