Help to identify the year on my 25 HP Evinrude

I have an older 25 HP Evinrude engine, can you help me identfy the year of the motor?

Model: 25653E
Serial: E0001057

Also would anyone have a PDF or scanned copy of an owners manual?

So does this mean that my motor is a 75?

25653 is a 1976 model.
