Dilemma... whether to use enigine tuner or not?

After reading several search posts about piston slap or chatter after using. I'm wondering if i should run this can of engine tuner through my motor or not. Motor is running fine, for the first time in a longtime. Maybe i should leave well enough alone, any thoughts on this from the wise men?

I'd leave well enough alone... Maybe add some Sea Foam to the fuel and that's it...
