My Merc Cruser 350 chevy is missing and starts to lose power as the engine heats up it will idle all day but the hotter it gets the worse the missing and power loss is. I replaced spark plugs, plug wires, coil, distributor cap, and ignition, carb has been rebuilt, what is next?

Why was the carburetor remounted? Sounds like the choke isn't opening.

Good point, Also have you checked your fuel pump? But it sounds like the hotter it gets starts running bad, I would say choke. or gasket on the bottom of carb could be sucking air once it's warmed up

The Carb is a new remanufactured Rodchester I just installed it this week. I was told to replace the carb so I did but same problem.

the simple diagnosis sounds like a choke not opening when it should, or not opening as far as it should. when cold, choke plate should be closed, as motor warms up, the plate should open, between 3/4-full, meaning you should be able to look right down into carb. opening just a little bit or less than halfway minimum is not good.
