72' Evinrude 6hp Fisheman...How to prop up motor??

Hello!

I just purchased a 1972 Evinrude 6hp fisheman and for the life of me I can't figure out how to prop the motor in the up position.

Anyone have one of these and is able to describe clearly where their lever is and how they prop it up?

Honestly...three of us have looked all over the thing and can't find it...and we have managed to successfully prop up every other motor we have come across! We could be blind though..

I am sure its been asked before and IIRC the answer is that you cant prop it in the tilted position

Certainly cannot see anything on the parts diagram that would do it!

No provision on the engine for propping it up. I use a piece of wood and bungee cord.

Seems odd that it doesn't have a way to prop it up ...but at least I can stop looking now!
