Took out the newly redone Starcraf Holiday 18 to do the seafoam and little fishing in the evening.
When the decarb was done I was going to take it to a WOT to see how she runs. The prop started slipping and it got worst.
Fortunately the faithful 9.5 saved the day and we made it back to safe harbor.

Good thing you were prepared that water can get ugly quick if thats Erie. I fish the central basin off Cleveland, haven't hit yet this year though.

I'm always east of point Abino, walleye seem to stay there most of the year. My buddy lives there and 2 years ago boated over 700 in a summer (SO HE SAYS) he is a good fisherperson I must admit. Takes me 1/2 hour to drive there.

Glad you were prepared! Makes the effort keeping the kicker kicking all worth it.

Thanks, Walleye is great, Also planning to deep troll for summer steelhead in the open waters with downriggers, + anchor about a mile out to fish for the plentiful perch.
Lunching only in the Cleveland area within minutes from Westlake. Save time and money.
Abino sounds nice though, try to make it there sometimes...

The old "kicker" is worth a million bucks when you need it.
